FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOLIDAY SEASON: Any orders received after October 27th, 2023 will begin shipping out in January 2024.

Our standard production turnaround time is 2-3 weeks; however, we are flexible and committed to accommodating specific deadlines to meet your needs. Please contact us if you have a specific in-hands date and we will do our best to accomodate.

What ways can I decorate my merchandise?

We offer a large variety of ways to decorate your merchandise! Explore our Decoration Processes page to learn more about all of your options.

Disclaimer: Not all garments are eligible for all kinds of printing due to fabric and printing limitations. Don't be afraid to ask us if you are ever unsure about your specific items!

What is meant by “Suggested Resale Value” when I am looking at an item?

At Studio Love, we firmly believe in the untapped value your brand holds for your students and supporters. That's why we ensure your gear is priced to generate profits for you. Our carefully researched market trends allow us to offer fair prices, suggesting the ideal resale value for your gear to maximize your revenue. Please note that our suggested resale value is based on a minimum order 1-colour screenprint or small area embroidery, allowing you to make adjustments based on potential bulk discounts, additional decoration areas, specialty printing techniques, and other factors.

Do I have to use the Online Designer to place an order?

No! If you'd rather leave the designing up to us we will be happy to place the logos where you want them free of charge. Please Request A Quote if you would like our assistance!

What is your sizing like?

Studio Love offers a wide variety of garments from multiple manufacturers, which means sizing is unique to each item. When you’re looking at an item, click Size Chart to see the breakdown. We provide both garment measurements and fit guide based on body measurements. Garment measurements start with “Garment”, whereas body measurements start with “Your”.

While we try our best to accurately represent the colours of our products online, variables such as different computer monitors, lighting, digital photography and dye variations can cause differences between what you see online and what you receive in real life. Because of this, we advise our customers that our images serve as a guide and should not be regarded as an exact representation of the product.

What is the minimum order?

Just 12 pieces! (with some exceptions, check the description of the items that you want for an accurate minimum estimate)

Do I have to order 12 of each size?

Not at all! Customers can mix and match sizing to reach the 12 minimum, so long as the imprint size, location, and colours stay the same.  

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

For online orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. E-transfer is accepted but must be pre-arranged with us before hand and sent to billing@teamnetworkpromo.ca. We do not accept payment terms on any order.

What if I want to order in bulk? Do you have discounts for that?

We certainly do! We offer larger and larger bulk discounts when ordering 25, 50, or 100+ items. Take a look at our Bulk Discounts page for more information.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because all our products are made-to-order and custom decorated, unfortunately once an order is made it cannot be re-used. Therefore we do not offer any refunds or returns on blank or decorated items. If there is an issue with the order you’ve received, please contact us within forty-eight hours of receiving your order. 

What if the design I make with your Online Designer is not exactly right? Will you print as is?

Each order is checked by one of our representatives to ensure the highest print quality possible. If there is any issue with your design being low quality we will be in contact with you right away. If your design needs some tweaking, feel free to tell us in the comment box upon checkout.

I don't see exactly what I'm looking for on your website, can you get other products?

Certainly! Our online catalogue is merely a collection of items we think would suit any dance studio. We belong to a vast network of manufacturers and suppliers and can pretty well source anything. If you can think of it, we can do it - learn more here.

What if I have a few boy’s who need gear in a unisex style. Do I have to order the minimum?

Studios can add in any number of boy’s options to their minimum order, so long as the embellishment process, embellishment size, and embellishment colours stay the same. This must be done by us and cannot be done online, so please Request A Quote if you wish to combine styles!

Can I order your items blank, without decoration?

Yes, most of our products can be purchased blank, with the exception of American Apparel brand products and promotional products like water bottles and phone accessories. Just navigate through the designer without adding any decoration and you are set!

I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR AN ORDER BUT REALIZED I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES/I DIDN'T ORDER ENOUGH. CAN I make changes to my order after approval?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is approved and paid, changes or additions cannot be made. Approval of a quote states that you have viewed the order quantities, artwork mockups, and any additional information that is provided, therefore we are not liable for any order confusion. If you receive your order and realize you forgot to order some pieces, or if you wish to add more items to an order already in production, making those will be custom quoted based on a less than minimum surcharge.
